Alumni Information
More than 1,100 LUEE's (pronounced lou-ee's) have graduated from
the Electrical Engineering Department at Lamar during the past
fifty or so years. Over time we have lost track of some of you
and we are currently trying to locate our missing alumni. To help
us update our database, please send information on your current
whereabouts by email to the department. Please
include your name, your address, your email address, your present
employer, and your degree and year of graduation. With your permission,
the information you submit will be added to our online alumni
directory. As more people check in, this directory will become
more complete.

The
department has "shut
down" the old alumni directory in favor of using the LinkedIn
business networking site. Alumni are encourage to join LinkedIn,
which is free, and then request to join the Lamar University
Electrical Engineering Alumni group that Jason Schexsnayder (LUEE
'01) formed.
This
group will put you in touch with other LUEE's and may lead to
some new opportunities!

Department
of Electrical Engineering Advisory Board
Our advisory board assists our department in maintaining high
standards of engineering education excellence by helping us keep
as current as possible and responsive to the needs of the engineering
professionals that we graduate and that we will graduate in the
future. The board advises the chair and faculty of the department
in matters related to our curriculum and how it interfaces with
the electrical engineer in practice. The members of our board
may be found here, we are
both proud and honored to have their assistance in this important
departmental service.
