LUEE Lab Access Procedures

Access to labs outside of scheduled laboratory periods is by coded electronic lock with the exception of the SDR and Computer Network labs. All undergraduate(upper division) and graduate students are given a lab access code by the department. You can get your code from the department lab manager (Mike Fuller) in Cherry 1300.

To have the lab lock respond to your access code, you must have authorization from a faculty member. Download (PDF) the lab access form here, fill it out and give it to the faculty member who is authorizing your lab access, they will then submit the form to the lab manager to have your code turned on. You must submit a seperate form for each lab you want access to.

The lock memories are wiped each semester so to continue access you must resubmit the form each semester unless prior arrangements have been made.
